Nanofluid research has sparked widespread attention due to its immense implementations in various courses, including chemical engineering, microelectronics, solar energy, cooling systems, electronics, power-saving, etc. This offers modelling and numerical simulation for the magnetized Casson-based spinel ferrite (MnFe2O4) nanofluid stream owing a spiralling stretchable sheet placed Darcy permeable medium. Diverse impacts like nonlinear heat radiation, viscous Joule warms, generation/absorption are considered stimulating exchange. Under imposed physical assumptions, equations governing flow modelled. The partial derivative model is transferred ordinary by utilising compatible similarity variables. resulting linked tackled computationally 4th-order Runge-Kutta integration procedure, accomplishing best strategy shooting algorithm based on built-in function of bvp4c solver MATLAB. Different attributes phenomenon corresponding pertinent parameters disclosed effectively via graphs tables. Some leading outcomes that amplification examined thermal field allied zone thickness responding radiation parameter Biot number.
